To purchase COTS parts for engineering, day to day requirements,
To deliver material to engineering projects as agreed per order.
To specifically participate with the engineering sourcing and component selection team to identify alternative sources and to avoid single source situations.
Be integrated into all the engineering teams to ensure the adequate allocation of procurement resources.
Typical administration tasks: Request Quotes, order completion, Expediting of orders to ensure delivery dates are met, Communicate to all parties involved, internally and externally. Arrange assemblies- quotes and orders with external assembly companies when required. Processing of Daily PR’s
To ensure all purchasing is achieved in terms of project objectives in terms of time, cost and requirements.
Required Education & Experience:
National Diploma: Electronic engineering BTech. in Electrical Engineering or an Engineering Degree.
5 to 10 years application electronic procurement experience
5 to 10 years general engineering experience.
